The Corpora Monstrorum-Colouring Book

'The Corpora Monstrorum' colouring book is a homage to the late and great Bernie Wrightson and his colouring book 'Monsters - Color The Creature Book' from 1974.

'The Corpora Monstrorum' is a 24 page colouring book with twelve full page illustrations by artist Ian Van Gemert and text by NSW Premier's Literary Award winning writer Luke Carman, edited by Hugh Newton.

Ian Van Gemert’s high contrast illustrations feature encounters with a rogue’s gallery of classic scenes and fiends from myth and legend. From haunted forests infested with the reanimated dead, to Count Dracula’s bat-crowned castle walls, each artwork offers a window into the cursed habitats and habitués of old school horror’s most memorable imaginings.
